The Lowveld Association  of Arts (LAA) is a non -profit organization that supports and promotes visual arts by Lowveld artists organizing exhibitions and workshops.

Also aiming to establish a permanent gallery for the Association

The Lowveld Association of Arts was formed in September 2008. Founder committee members : Ilona Petzer (chairman), Annemarie Cornelissen, Nasima Bhayat, Jakes Labuschagne,Reuben Mpangane, Lynda Shongwe and Rob Mc Queen

One of its aims and objectives is to send out newsletters , to keep members up to date regarding opportunities in the world of art ,to support and uplift artists in the region
